Great, fellow Texan! We found the same thing when I was a principal of a Title 1 school. Our kiddos would work their tail off to EARN this license. Now, we ran Formative Loop and pressed the kiddos, and that process helped a lot. But, as you said, the kiddos were really motivated. But, it is also the teacher and their ability to motivate their students. They want it because how YOU present it as important and something they should know --- so they value the knowledge! WOO HOO!!! This is THE ONE I have been looking for! ````You put a LOT of work into this CREATIVE incentive!! Thank you! Creative, FUN and the kids will LOVE THIS!!! I am going to let the kids CHOOSE which state they want their license from EACH time they master their facts! They will have the chance of having MULTIPLE licenses from MULTIPLE states. !
