Description
A "Task Analysis" is a tool used for teaching students daily living skills. In this Task Analysis, I've taken the task of doing laundry and broken it down into several simple steps. Using this tool, the instructor can assess a student's independence (accuracy) in completing each step.
Those familiar with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) will recognize the "Prompt Hierarchy" used in this tool. Those unfamiliar will find an explanation within the key or can feel free to email me with any questions.
I have used this tool to record, average, and graph progress towards daily living skills goals on my Students' IEPs.
