About the 4th Grade Math Test Prep Task Cards
- There are 136 math test prep task cards in all.
- The task cards are separated by domain. Each domain has a recording sheet (2 versions) and an answer key.
- The task cards are provided in black and white and then with a colored background.
- The questions are extended response and not multiple choice. For multiple choice test prep, check out my Test Prep Helper Bundle by clicking here.
- Task cards (printable + digital) are great to have available for test prep! You can use these in games, for small group instruction, whole group review, or even in a test prep math center!

- Operations and Algebraic Thinking: 24 Task Cards *with Google Forms & Slides
- Number and Operations: Base Ten: 28 Task Cards *with Google Forms & Slides
- Number and Operations: Fractions: 32 Task Cards *with Google Forms & Slides
- Measurement and Data: 32 Task Cards *with Google Forms & Slides
- Geometry: 20 Task Cards *with Google Forms & Slides

About the Digital Math Test Prep Google Slides
- The digital math test prep task cards also include a digital Google Slides version.
- The task cards have been redesigned and formatted to have one question/task card per slide.
- The Google Slides are in color and optimized for digital use. Each slide includes text boxes and some include interactive moveable pieces.
- The content for the Google Slides is the same as the task cards.
- For answer keys, please refer to the printable PDF.
About the Digital Math Test Prep Google Forms
- The digital math test prep task cards have also been converted to Google Forms.
- The content for the Google Forms is the same as the task cards and the Google Slides.
- For each domain, the task cards are divided into TWO google forms, for a total of 10 self-grading Google Forms in all!
- Some (BUT NOT ALL) of the questions have been modified to include multiple choice for ease of grading. However, they are not all multiple choice.
- Links to the digital math test prep Google Forms can be found on page 3 of the PDF.
