In this Interactive Activity for use with Google Slides™ students will be asked to:

• Plot points on the coordinate plane:
• Drag and drop winter pictures to specific points
• Write an ordered pair for winter pictures at specific points

• Find horizontal and vertical distances on the coordinate plane:
• Determine number of units between two winter pictures
• Plot a winter picture a specific number of units away from another point

• Reflect points over the x- and y-axes

There is a slide with an example as well as a reminder of how to plot points, how to find horizontal and vertical distances, and how to reflect points over the x- and y-axes!

Great for a winter introduction to the coordinate plane!
