Description

Another Math Fact Fluency option!
Hitting that Math Fact Fluency that the Common Core requires is tricky. This is the 3rd version in my store, but it's all about preference.

This program is designed for students to move through timed tests as levels.
Level 1 covers facts up to 5.
Level 2 covers facts up to 8 or if you like facts just 6-8
Level 3 covers facts to 9, Tens Facts, & Doubles Facts

Each Level has the Addition & Subtraction Flashcards, Timed Addition Tests, Timed Subtraction Tests, & Timed Mixed Add/Sub Tests. Each level has 10 tests for each area. The idea is to do a timed test 3 days a week allowing your students tons of experience. We do Addition on Wednesday, Subtraction on Thursday, and Mixed on Friday.

There are charts to track your students progress. The flashcards can be sent home at certain times or if you like differentiation send them home after students have met the goal you have set for them.

Have challenge days and shorten the time, use the unit to fit your needs.

Each Test has 20 problems and there is a parent letter to get you started. I have also included the word file with the letter and all the class charts so you can edit them if you like.

Enjoy!

Add and subtract within 20, demonstrating fluency for addition and subtraction within 10. Use strategies such as counting on; making ten (e.g., 8 + 6 = 8 + 2 + 4 = 10 + 4 = 14); decomposing a number leading to a ten (e.g., 13 - 4 = 13 - 3 - 1 = 10 - 1 = 9); using the relationship between addition and subtraction (e.g., knowing that 8 + 4 = 12, one knows 12 - 8 = 4); and creating equivalent but easier or known sums (e.g., adding 6 + 7 by creating the known equivalent 6 + 6 + 1 = 12 + 1 = 13).
