This file contains 32 task cards containing transformations in a coordinate plane. Each task card requires students to identify the transformation shown (12 cards show translations (a mixture of one step (right 5) and two step (left 3 up 6) translations), 12 cards show reflections (a mixture of reflections over the x-axis and y-axis, as well as over other lines such as reflection over x=3), 8 cards show a rotation (a mixture of 90 degree and 180 degree rotations).
Students identify the transformation shown on each card, then scan the QR code to check their answer. Note: You must have a QR scanning device to use the QR codes.
