Description
This is the ultimate math test prep bundle for fifth grade math. It includes task cards that range from 16 to 20 task cards per set with three sets for each domain, a total of almost 300 task cards! For each domain, there are three sets of task cards. One set is multiple choice, the next set is opened-ended and includes constructed-response questions, and the third set includes QR codes for student self-checking. This will allow for formative assessment in each domain as well as adding differentiation, even during "test prep time."
Another real bonus of the bundle is the seventy-question practice test. It includes at least 3 questions for EVERY fifth grade math standard. Along with multiple choice, the questions also consist of constructed-response items similar to those used on the new assessment systems. The test comes with a student data graph that will allow the students to calculate how many they missed in each domain so that they can focus on weak areas before the big test.
The task card sets for each domain and the test are both available separately here:
5th Grade Practice Assessment-All Domains
Geometry Domain Review Task Cards
Numbers in Base Ten Domain Review Task Cards
Operations and Algebraic Thinking Domain Review Task Cards
Measurement and Data Domain Review Task Cards
Numbers and Fraction Operations Domain Review Task Cards
Please let me know if you have any questions! Thank you so much.

CCSS5.MD.A.1
Convert among different-sized standard measurement units within a given measurement system (e.g., convert 5 cm to 0.05 m), and use these conversions in solving multi-step, real world problems.
CCSS5.MD.B.2
Make a line plot to display a data set of measurements in fractions of a unit (1/2, 1/4, 1/8). Use operations on fractions for this grade to solve problems involving information presented in line plots. For example, given different measurements of liquid in identical beakers, find the amount of liquid each beaker would contain if the total amount in all the beakers were redistributed equally.
CCSS5.MD.C.3
Recognize volume as an attribute of solid figures and understand concepts of volume measurement.
