This assessment can be used as a pre- and post-assessment to assess student knowledge on the standard for unit 2: 2.NBT.5: Adding & Subtracting Within 100. The assessment makes use of several strategies students can use to add and subtract within 100 such as: fact families, combinations, missing addend, and balancing equations.
