- Visualizing thought bubble worksheet
- Make a Movie in your mind worksheet
- Text Evidence worksheet
- Visualize with your Five Senses worksheet
Ideas to use:
- After a whole group lesson on Visualizing while reading, students can show what mental images they had while you were doing a read aloud.
- During Self-Selected reading time students can draw what mental images they had while they were reading.
- During Buddy Reading time- After students read together they can draw what mental images they had while they were reading.
- You can print multiple copies of each one and let student's choose which worksheet they want to use for extra practice after you have introduced each one.
- After you have taught this strategy these are great for a substitute teacher because these worksheets are easy and fun.
