A structured approach to teaching volume can make it so much easier for students to understand! These materials lend themselves to use in interactive notebooks.

These foldable notes, examples, and practice problems feature a structured step by step format to guide student thinking as they calculate the volume of each figure. The easel activity was poorly constructed to meet the needs for online entry. the entry fields are too small, and no specific formulas were provided for students to refer to. unable to lower the font size to fit into the boxes, the PDF in the background could not be enlarged to make larger text entry boxes. This is just another photocopy with a sloppy easel add - on.

Supplemented for the volume unit in text book. At the end of the year, students didn't want anything to do with the text book, but were happy to see worksheets. Little did they know they were still doing similar work.
