Engage your students in a research project on a famous scientist where they create a "Wanted" poster (list of scientists provided). There are two options for students to choose from to include with their poster: presentation or model. Students love options! - Directions: There are five criteria with four specific details students must complete: wanted poster, artwork, presentation/model, research, and excellence.
- Rubric: Rubric is student-friendly by having students evaluate themselves besides the teacher. This is a great rubric to help students understand how they received their grade. There is room for teacher comment.
- Scientists names: a list of famous scientists and a section to assign students is provided.
- Template: An editable outline of how to layout the wanted poster helps scaffold instruction to support student learning.
