Each reading has a fun weather riddle to solve by answering the math problems. Each reading has 2 levels for you to choose from:
- Using 9 to subtract 1 or 2-digit numbers
- Addition facts to 10 or to 20 (including doubles, counting on, making a 10)
- Equivalent number facts to 10 or to 20 (2+7=4+5)
- 2 or 3-digit addition without regrouping
- 2 or 3-digit expanded form addition
- 2 or 3-digit subtraction without regrouping
All of the worksheets have keys included.
Students love the ability to earn a badge as they do each worksheet. There is a weather badge to print and make into a lanyard for students to glue their badges on as they earn them.
There's an optional cover page for you to use to make any worksheets into a packet for students to work on independently or in groups, or you can use this as an early finisher assignment! This is great for subs or for homework.
