Description
This is the weekly behavior note that I send home with students. It is kept in their daily folder. I color in the circle to indicate what color the student ended up on for that day from my Behavior Clip Chart. If a student is green or below, I leave a quick note of the behaviors that the student exhibited to end up on green or below.
