And do not worry we have you covered too! For each page, there is an answer sheet with no only the answer in full sentence format but also there is working out shown. This way if you are not sure you can follow along with how we found the solution to the problem.
The lower graded ones are all whole number, while the upper ones have decimals and some harder fractions in them. The problems themselves are generally multi-step and often use multiple operations.
Using this activity students will practice their word problem skills and:
✔ identify key information
✔ use multiple operations
✔ practice solving multiple-step problems
✔ check they have found the answer to the actual question
✔ write the answer in a full sentence (optional)
And ultimately demonstrate they can use their knowledge in new situations.
