Description

This fun and interactive game will keep your students engaged and excited about shape. Two teams face-off trying to determine if the shape shown is 2D or 3D before their opponent. Shapes are shown in solid form and using real world examples of both 2D and 3D shapes. The team that wipes out the other team wins the game. Watch out for those waves though as they add excitement and fun to the game. If you see a "Wipeout", both teams lose a player! However, the "Party Wave", allows teammates to return to the game. Some waves allows players to "Take off" to the back of the line without answering a question. This game will have your students begging to play again and again. Increase understand and have fun at the same time with this activity.

This game includes examples of triangles, squares, rectangles, pentagons, hexagons, octagons, circles, oval, cubes, cones, cylinders, triangular prisms, spheres, rectangular prisms, and pyramids. If you do not want to include any of these shapes, simply delete the slides that contains the shape you do not want to use.
