Description

Learning new vocabulary takes more than just reading the definition. Use this word map to spend a few minutes with a word and become warm acquaintances rather than ships that have passed in the night.

This word map has spaces for:

the word, definition (include the part of speech here), an example sentence, synonyms, antonyms or non-examples, other forms of the word, create your own sentence, and an association/example/sketch.

-

In some cases, I provided the word, definition, and example sentence for my students and they completed the rest of the word map.
