These themed reading cards have 64 closed syllable (CVC) words to provide excellent practice for your learner. Each theme has 4 items; the items are used to break the words up into groups. Winter theme is boots, sweater, hat, and scarf. Words on earlier pages use only one vowel and a few consonants. As you progress through the list, more vowels and consonants are added.
