Description
These fairy tale math word problems addition and subtraction task cards (within 100) are cute and motivating for centers or small group instruction! Addition and subtraction word problems for 2nd grade are also available in digital format. They are FUN for your students with fairy tale situations. There are 44 Task Cards that contain word problems within 11 different familiar fairy tales (see below for the fairy tales included). Each card is numbered so students don't have to solve each problem in order. TAKE A LOOK AT THE PREVIEW!
Email if there is a fairy tale you would like to see included. These word problems are for 1st and 2nd grades. First graders may need help in reading some of the words until they are familiar with the cards. Differentiate by pulling out cards that are appropriate for the group you are working with or put them all in a center for a challenge! Even Kindergarten teachers have used these!
