This is a clever and fun approach to get students writing: it turns what might feel like a dull writing assignment into an imaginative comic-book creation that taps into students’ creativity and makes writing more engaging. I appreciate how it seems flexible, usable as an individual or group activity, and likely works especially well for students who might resist traditional writing tasks. Overall, it seems like a smart tool for motivating writers and enlivening the writing process.
