Great ressource for a review. Force my students to search for the rule and to verify by themselves. One question: for the question about Cliffs taking a medication, it said it delcines 20% very hour. The rule should be 500 (0,8)^x ?

This resource allowed for my students to get immediate feedback like I would normally give in the classroom.

SUPER CREATIVE! I'm looking forward to using this with my students as a "warm-up" on a day after we've talked about writing exponential functions. TIP: iPhone cameras are automatic QR readers so if a student has an iPhone they can just turn on their camera and point and it will work, no need for a special app or anything! Thanks so much for posting this! I really appreciate it!
