The Gingerbread Man is a wonderful, classic tale to read with your students! Mine especially enjoyed reading "The Gingerbread Man: Loose in the School" by Laura Murray and illustrated by Mike Lowery. The students created paper Gingerbread Men one day, but the next day they went missing!
The students enjoyed searching for their missing Gingerbread Men throughout the school, and I'm sure yours will too!
