Fun activity that can be used during Daily Five Word Work or for weekly spelling practice/homework. This activity ties math into spelling and reading and who doesn't love that! There is space for 8 words or 16 if you choose to copy front and back.

This is a great activity for Word Work, centers, or to use as spelling practice. Students write their spelling words, sight words, etc. in the shaded area across the bottom. Then they roll the die and practice writing and spelling the word above that number. There are 2 pages: one page asks students to write their spelling words, the other asks students to write their words. I included both depending on how you choose to use it!

Cover the double sum. If another players counter is there, BUMP it off. If your counter is already there, STACK it up and freeze the number! The player with the most sums covered is the winner!
