Teaching style
I don't like to pigeonhole myself into one particular style of teaching since I teach 100+ teenagers a day! I do a little bit of everything, hoping that I reach my kids as much as possible. On any given day during my 60-minute academic classes I will cover warm-up general questions, lecture/notes, foldables, lab activities, a video or video-clip, and a lab activity. Rarely do my students do just one activity in a class period and I love to keep them moving.

I am a middle school teacher in a rural Title I school in south Alabama and I love teaching in this type of environment. I have three beautiful daughters; Madelyn is 16, Lacie is 14, and my caboose, Emma, is 10. I love spending time with my girls, traveling, cheering on my three favorite athletes, and working on a continuous list of projects!
