This unit has lessons on ideology, race, gender, microagressions, interpellation, and intersectionality. Various resources, handouts, videos, and reflection pages are included within his unit plan. A fishbowl discussion allows students to partake in a discussion for part of the class and then give feedback and listen for the other part of the class. This form can be used for the outside circle (one giving feedback) in order to guide how they listen. Encourage your students to put descriptive feedback in the GLOWS (positives) and GROWS (areas to improve) section.

Being a case manager of an IEP/GIEP student can be challenging when it comes to gathering feedback from the general education teachers. This form allows that step to be easy for the teachers. You send this form out, they check the boxes for where the student rates in various categories, and finally, there is a place for comments. All areas that need to be filled out are "greyed" out to make it easy on the teacher as well.
