TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a 23 year veteran classroom teacher with a passion for making learning interactive, fun, and rigorous for my students. Small group reading instruction and Guided Math are my areas of expertise. I am a Guided Math trainer and have been teaching through a guided math approach for years. I have been a curriculum developer for the past 12 years as well. Lastly, I was also an adjunct professor for LIU.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I LOVE to make new and interesting activities to accompany the lessons I teach. I love using manipulatives and games to practice the skills my students have learned.
