I am a 23 year veteran classroom teacher with a passion for making learning interactive, fun, and rigorous for my students. Guided Reading and Guided Math are my areas of expertise. I am a Guided Math trainer and have been teaching through a guided math approach for the past four years. I have been a curriculum developer for the past 6 years as well. Lastly, I am an adjunct professor for LIU.
I LOVE to make new and interesting activities to accompany the lessons I teach. I love using manipulatives and games to practice the skills my students have learned.
Masters Degree from Fordham University. I also have 60 credits over my master's degree from various classes that I have taken.
I am married to a firefighter and I have 16 year old twin boys! They make me smile every day!
