TEACHING EXPERIENCE

30 years teaching Secondary Math. Author of 2 books of Primary School Plays.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am very sensitive to children becoming bored or academically lost. I believe that all students can experience success. School is a place of development not just of academic skills but personal awareness and citizenship. It is our duty to provide students with a happy caring environment with opportunities for varied learning styles, fun, creativity and play. My style is one of assessing the level of the class accurately and teaching for understanding. I mix up the lessons with plenty of variety, fun and games.
