I use the Math Data and Goals all year long to track goals and weekly “mad minutes” data. Before the school year begins, I copy the entire packet and place it into a Math folder with brads. Each month, students write their math goals for the month. At the end of each week, they will take their monthly multiplication/division mad minutes test, and mark their score on the bar graph.
