Computer Keyboard and Keypad * blank *

Included is a blank template of a QWERTY keyboard and numeric keypad. This is great to use as a supplement when teaching home row keys or as a printable for a test. *Please note I have made this to fit a regular 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper (when margins are decreased), but I personally expand it into legal size and use it as a more exact match in size to an actual keyboard. *Function keys, cursor keys, and other special keys are not included.

Students must have Gmail accounts to complete this assignment. I'd recommend giving this in the midway point of a curriculum dealing with Google Documents. I have plenty more where this freebie came from! If you like this one, check out the Google evaluation I also have on my page.

This is an editable rubric for student anchorpersons (video announcements/school news production). My students create a vodcast of the morning announcements every day, and I use this rubric to assess their skills. This is editable for a reason! You can add your own lines, delete mine, or just change the phrasing. You can also remove the grading and points portion and just use as a formative assessment to be handed back the student immediately after the recording.
