This can be used as a quiz, test, or even a review for students who have learned about tax, tip, and percents. They will show that they understand how to calculate tip, find the total price of an object with tax included, and find out how much a sale price will be. They also do a quick review of converting fractions to decimals to percents.
This quick, one page, double-sided quiz offers a quick review of the process of adding fractions. Ideally, you would use this as a quick check for understanding after having taught some of the basic vocabulary and process for adding fractions with like and unlike denominators. Most of the questions are built around correct use of terminology to help students become used to using the words and understanding when are where they are to be used.

Scavenger hunts are a great way to get your students up and moving while working on their Math skills!
This scavenger hunt contains a mix of problems that require students to either convert a percent to a decimal or a decimal to a percent. It works great as practice or as a way to assess how well students can convert between decimals andpercents since it is so easy to check student's work during the activity.
To increase the rigor, I made a point to use many similar decimals (ie, 45, 4.5, 0

These flash cards include: half, fourths, thirds, fifths, eighths and tenth. They have them solve each as a fraction, a decimal and a percent.
I have also added a page that you can edit to make quizzes.
This resource can help students who have a hard time memorizing the benchmark fractions and their corresponding decimal andpercent. Fractions included are: 1/2, 1/3, 2/3, 1/4, 3/4, 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, 1/6, 1/8, 1/10, and 1/12.
This math activity integrates both math and art. Students create a "fraction flower," with a fraction (in simplest form) as the flower's center. On the surrounding petals, students find three different equivalent fractions and both the percentand decimal conversion of the center fraction. Although it is an easy art project, it covers multiple state standards. It looks great on the wall for Back to School Nights or Open Houses!

My students love task cards! They are actively sharing with a partner and moving from desk to desk.
These task cards include 7 of each: Percents to Fraction and Decimal; Decimal to Percentand Fraction; Fraction to Percentand Decimal; and Comparing Fractions to Decimals. Also included are 2 recording sheets.
I use them as a whole group activity but they can be easily used in stations, intervention grouping, and review for advanced learners. Enjoy!
