A great way to get students excited about math is by integrating creative learning experiences into the lesson. This project incorporates math concepts with the visual arts, specifically, the artwork of Auguste Herbin (a French modern painter best known for his abstract designs composed of geometric figures). Congruent Shapes
A math music video that explains what congruent shapes are. This song is intended to lower students' affective filter prior to a video lesson and information gap activities. Those components will be available for download shortly.
