A Simple Weekly Behavior Contract
This is a very simple behavior contract that has worked for me in the past. You fill in the goals for the child and either keep it on their desk or on yours. They can place stickers in the spaces when they are making positive choices or you can make notes in the space about their day. This really can be whatever you need it to be. Swim Lessons Picture Schedule
This is a simple 5-step swim lesson picture schedule that was created to help a child transition into the swimming pool, listen to the teacher, then transition out of the swimming pool. Simply print out on thick paper (card stock), laminate, review with the child, and take to swim lesson. Classroom rules in IB PYP are called "Essential Agreements". Ideally, you and your class generate them together. In practice, I "guide" my little ones towards the words I like to use.
