Elementary Music Seating Chart Template
I have used these EDITABLE templates for all my classes! There is a tab for many different sized classes and options for rows or for circles depending on your needs and/or preferences. I see all my K-2 classes in circles and 3-5 classes in rows on my sit spots. I also color code each grade in a different color. I label every chart with the grade and teacher name (i.e. 5th Pierce).

I assign my students to tables and each table has a color. I have 8 tables, but you can add more or delete if you have a different number.
This is a great visual to display on the screen and to print out for substitute teachers.
Students can enter the classroom, see their name and find their table quickly and easily. It is also very helpful when you need to reassign seats.

Seating Chart Template - Square
This seating chart template can be used for square style seating, It has spaces by each child's name space to make marks, such as checks or pluses, to make quick notes during class about progress, behavior, etc. This is also very useful for your substitute teacher folder. The space in the middle is perfect for notes about your class, such as special concerns, accommodations/modifications, and so on. It is a very effective teaching tool.

This is a simple seating chart of up to 24 students, in 4 rows of 6 students each.
