Photography Class Numbers Project for grades 9-12
This project was created for my high school digital photography class. Students use digital cameras to take pictures of numbers in the environment around them such as at home or at school. Students can take photos of a series of numbers such as 1-10 or 1-20 or a more creative series of numbers such as their phone numbers or zip code. Students then download the photos onto a computer and use a photo editing program such as iPhoto or Photoshop Elements (or an online program like picmonkey.com)

This rubric can be used for any project, in any high school level art course. Students fill out the information at the top, and they self score themselves using the large table in the center of the page. The teacher scores in the same rubric areas at the bottom. Self Reflection Project Progress
This resource is a self reflection on student projects and their work ethic. This is a great INTERVENTION for students that are falling behind due to behavioral issues. It can also help you grade students and pinpoint where they are getting sidetracked with their work. It is also an excellent way to deliver feedback on a consistent weekly basis. I have it in a weekly format for a 10 week Marking Period but this is a word document that you can alter to fit your timeframe.
