I have created a template to help organize students' usernames and passwords for various computer programs that they use in the classroom. I have included a cover, which would be an excellent accent for a blue/green, ocean themed, or under the sea themed classroom. You could print these on card stock and make them into a booklet and store near student computers, or you could have students glue these into their notebooks.

These are designed to help students keep track of their usernames and passwords for different computer programs.
Each students gets a set of cards.
Teacher can laminate and cut these cards up. Then using a washable marker write usernames and passwords on cards. This way teachers can reuse cards the next year or if a student moves away.
