January 2015 UPDATE - I have updated this product to fit more what I need in my classroom. It gives more daily feedback and work area for the students to use. This gives me a better idea of where all my students are in the content. It also makes them more accountable to the work requirements each day.

This behavior management system is based on an economy checkbook system. Open house brochure can be given out before school starts. It contains information such as schedule, contact info, supplies, wishlist, homework, rules, grading, reward system, and subjects.
This is an editable version of my own Class Syllabus as a Brochure. I will hand this form out (once edited to fit my needs) to the parents during Meet the Teacher and Open House. My students do weekly literacy centers that they rotate through. This is a checklist I developed so students would know how many times they were expected to go to each center during a week. Each student had a copy of this in a plastic sheet protector in their center binder and would use a Vis-a-Vis marker to initial when they finished a center.
This data sheet lets you share information about testing with parents at parent conferences. It can be edited for fit your particular state, but is already specific for 5th grade in Texas. The sheet includes testing information including dates for 2019. The sheet includes examples of objectives covered in reading, math, and science. The sheet gives space to indicate any interventions that are being done with the student.
