Daily Weather Tracking Chart
I created this weather tracking sheet when my students were collecting and graphing data. I used this in a small group environment, but it could be adapted for classroom use or as a center activity.

Missing Homework Excuse Form for Students
Last year I created a "form" for students to fill-out when they did not have their weekly Homework ready to turn in on Friday.
This helped me when conferencing with parents. When the child had zeros on a progress report, I could easily take out the HW excuse forms filled in by the student. It did help the students feel more accountable.
You'll need to tweek it to your needs.

This sheet has various sizes of lattice grids for students who use lattice method to multiply. I tend to use this for students who struggle to draw the lattice grids until they become comfortable drawing the grids themselves.

Password to Enter Classroom
A motivational tool that incorporates daily practice and rehearsal of basic facts. Post password on classroom door. Students are required to whisper the password each morning as they enter. If students do not know the password they move to the end of the line to provide time to solve or I have them repeat the entire equation three times.

Keyboarding Practice Log
I use this form with my children to record the lessons they have practiced, as well as to gain experience with charts and data collecting. Students also learn how to calculate averages. Every new practice session lets them try to achieve a higher score. For free typing software and online assessments, we use rapidtyping.com.

Classroom Money-Beach themed
I use a money based behavior system in my classroom and it works wonderfully. The money I created is called "Kinzinger Kash", but the document can easily be edited to match your own name. The money also includes a palm tree to match my beach themed classroom, but you can change that to your liking as well.
I also attached how my students use their money to buy rewards. They can spend their money at the end of each week, or choose to save up for a larger prize.
