I use this form at the beginning of the year to track student skills. I highlight each box with green if they can complete the skill, yellow if they are on track for term goals but cannot yet complete to 120, and red if they are not meeting term goals. 1st term- must be able to do each up to 40 & doubles up to 5+5= 10 2nd term- must be able to do each up to 80 & doubles up to 10+10= 20 3rd term- must be able to do each to 120 & doubles up to 10+10= 20 with no hesitation
