This Classroom Behavior and Attendance Log is terrific for keeping students' attendance and behavior organized throughout the week! : ) I keep it on a clipboard and use it throughout the day as needed. It works really well when there is a substitute in your classroom because codes are located at the bottom. Tardiness and Early Dismissal Log
It can become challenging to consistently log students' late entry and early dismissals in your classroom as the school year goes on. I stick this log into a binder, along with a baggie for the late passes, and start a routine with students in the beginning of the year to sign in and out when they enter and exit the classroom. This is a great source of data for students who are chronically tardy!

This is a basic color coded 8 period lesson planning form for teachers to use to plan their weekly lessons in the middle or high school level classroom. The headings are left blank so that the teacher may type or write in the names and times of each period they teach.
