So! We select a secret student each day. If they clean-up as we have taught them, they earn a point for their class. A certain number of class points earns a free class. If secret student does well, we celebrate them with the group and award the point. I created this reward chart for my husband, who teaches elementary PE. He allows students to color in one of the sports balls each day they behave well in class. Once the reward chart is full they receive a free open recess.
