I am in a 1:1 classroom and we use many sites and apps that require student login. This booklet has helped my school's 4th and 5th graders stay organized. Keyboard Certificates
Here are two typing/keyboarding certificates that I created for those students in my class who went above and beyond. The "Dedicated Typist" was for the student who put in the most time practicing their typing. The "Typing Champion" was created for the student who achieved the highest speed/accuracy in the class.
These are downloadable in MS Word in order to edit them wherever you need. I hope these can save you some time!

Facebook Photo Release Form
Do you want to use Facebook to create a class page for students and parents to utilize? If yes, this consent form will come in handy! It gives you permission to use photos of your students and there work. Have your students get parents to sign at the beginning of the year or during your conference. It can't hurt to have this extra protection in addition to your districts photo policy. Enjoy!
