First Day of School Activity, Forms, and Editable Place Cards
This is a fun ice breaker for the first day of school. It includes: name plate worksheet, forms, and 156 place cards for assigned seats. Teacher will hand out name plate worksheet. Students will find their place cards and be seated. They will work on the worksheet while they wait for the other students to arrive or they all will work on the worksheet at the same time depending on the teacher procedures. I use this for my advertising and sales classes to teach and take notes about surveys and their importance. The last slide has an optional hands on activity for students to create their own short survey on a platform. I incorporated information on social media and online forms as well.

Student Data Tracking Sheets- Multiple Varieties -EDITABLE-
I could never find the perfect data tracking system. Then, I relaized that there is no perfect one way of doing it. Depending on your lesson or activity, it may require a different type of data tracking tool. So, here is what is included:
- A parent Teacher conference essential notes for each child and subject, where you write in any notes that the parent should be aware of for each subject.
