Notes to the educator: In this activity learners practice comparing number up to 10. Learners will learner to compare numbers 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 using smaller than and greater than. Learners then have to figure out whether the first number is greater than or smaller than the second number drag and place the appropriate description after the first number.

Interactive patterns for the year
This resource is a Smart Notebook is a great an interactive way for students to practice creating patterns that are relevant for the whole year! In my classroom we incorporated this activity in our morning meeting/ Calendar time and one student a day got to create the pattern of the day. It's a fantastic way to spend 1 minute a day to create pattern experts. What's Next/ Missing Assignments Smartboard Slides
I use this in my third grade classroom. It can be used for any age that has several assignments due throughout the day/week. I keep track of every assignment that we do on this slide. I then copy and paste what they did not get done to the next day and so on. This holds them accountable for the activities they still need to complete and turn in. Eureka Smart Notebook Template
In Eureka math's lessons, every lesson has the same componets--Fluency, objective, concept development, DOL, problem set and student debrief. In my district we are required to have the title at the top of every page with the number of minutes we spend in each section.
