This is a simple rubric with a 4, 3, 2, 1 rating scale for elementary students. This can be used in ANY subject. I use it to write down the names of my students who are falling into each category at the end of the lesson. (summative assessment )

This resource is super easy to use to provide quick feedback while reading students' writing. Behavior Management Tool
This behavior management tool could be easily used for grades 2 - 8.
I printed the behavior codes (included in the pack) on a poster printer and put it above my board for students to easily see expectations. Students could randomly earn a green ticket (just green tickets on a roll) for good behavior and would get a red ticket for negative behavior. Students would write their name, date and the behavior code (the code is on the behavior chart) on the back of their ticket.

IEP Goal Reporting Preview
This is a preview of what I use this to keep track of all my students with IEP goals. I have color coded it for reach subject. It makes it easy when we have to do goal reporting because I have specific data for each goal. This opens up in powerpoint, so everything is able to be edited. This has a page for a reading, writing, math, social/emotional, and independent functioning goals. If you have more than one goal in each subject, you are able to duplicate the slide.

Monster Scaffolded Long Division Templates (2 by 1 digit)
This product can be printed and put in a sheet protector for students to use as a long division template. The product is scaffolded for the students needs. Colour coded in order of operations based on the rainbow (ROYGBIV) and numbered so they know what order to go into. Arrows and hints help them with the rest as well.
