Problem Solving Template
I have used this form with my students with the introduction of Common Core math standards. The benefit is that the students can get in the habit of identifying the problem, showing work, explaining in words, and answering in a complete sentence. I have included 2 per page. Students can even cut these out and put inside an interactive math journal. Enjoy!
