Makeup Participation Points In Orchestra
This is a participation point make up sheet for orchestra. It includes coming in for intervention time, getting the missing work from a stand partner, and practicing that. There is a section for a teacher signature at the bottom verifying completion. I do these if students miss class, or if they don't turn in participation quizzes.

This is a quiz on the Elements of Music. I have always included tempo, beat, rhythm, meter, form, harmony, pitch, melody, timbre (tone colour), texture and dynamics when teaching them. This is a self-marking, Google Form Quiz and you will be able to edit the form depending on the elements you have taught as well as changing the definitions if need be.

PTA Calendar of Events
Having helped our PTA with setting up events, I thought I'd share it with all my educator friends.
Here is a calendar of events. Please use it as you see fit. We scheduled our PTA meetings from 6-6:45pm and then held our school programs from 6:45-7:15pm. By holding PTA meetings and school programs on the same night back to back, we were able to increase parent participation in PTA!

Music Treble Staff Assessment Google Form
Music Treble Staff Google Form I was looking for a way to teach and assess my students using Google Classroom. This Google Form is easy to use. You can integrate it into Google Classroom or send your students a link. It can even be done together as a class. Students will watch a short video about the treble staff note names in the form and then take a short "quiz".
