Kitchen Workstation Duties for Culinary or Baking
This is a great system for keeping your kitchen running smoothly and all students performing their assigned duties. In my kitchen lab, I have assigned the following duties to 5 workstations: dish machine, dining room/laundry, food storage, chemical shelf & floors, 3 compartment sink/floaters.
