This is a color-coded laptop table. I keep this posted near my laptops. I update it as the year goes so it is always accurate. When you have some students, or yourself, adhere to this table, if any laptops are damaged or destroyed, it will be easy to trace who had what last. This also ensures the laptops are going to the right people consistently so that there is less mismanagement of the devices.
