This template is similar to my free Cornell notes template, however instead of a field to write down notes there is an area filled with dots that can be used to create graphs or shapes. This is a great product for student self reflection and assessment of their efforts in their classes. Feel free to edit the platforms section to address the platforms in your classes. This product also allows for them to recognize what they are doing well and where they can improve.
I have found this product incredibly useful in student-teacher discussions and parent conferences.
I give this sheet to my students after the end of the quarter for them to analyze areas they need to improve upon

Progress Tracker for iReady (Google Sheet)
Share this iReady Progress Tracker with your students through Google Classroom or your choice of online instructional platform. You will want to be sure to "make a copy" for each student when you share. Creating a new assignment and re-sharing every two weeks works best for me and my students, but please feel free to edit and share to meet your own personal needs and the needs of your students.
