The teacher will write the strategy the student is working towards mastering on a post it note on place on the chart. The chart is stored in my classroom in each student's (read to self) bookbag. Use this easy chart to quickly assess students understanding of a skill. Add your students names, print and as you teach new skills fill in the top "skill" row and use your own marking strategy to show where kids are at.
