This is a flow chart that I put together for my staff to explain how students move through tier 1, 2 and 3 toward academic and behavioral evaluation if needed.
It also explains briefly what interventions and supports need to be in place before they move to tier 3 and or evaluation. It helps my teachers understand what the next steps are before we move toward a behavioral or academic IEP.
This document is also editable if you need to change any of the wording or steps to fit you school or gra
